Hearing Aid Support

Proper Hearing Aid Care

Taking good care of your hearing aids helps ensure they perform well and last longer. Wipe them daily with a dry, soft cloth to keep them clean, and replace wax filters and domes regularly to prevent sound blockages. Always store your devices in a dry, safe place—away from moisture or extreme temperatures. Rechargeable hearing aids should be charged nightly next to your phone, while disposable batteries should be replaced as needed.

We recommend scheduling follow-up visits every 3-4 months for professional cleanings and adjustments. To protect your devices, remove them before showering, swimming, or exercising heavily. And of course, always handle them with care—dropping them can cause internal damage.

Connectivity & Wireless Accessories Support

Today’s hearing aids often include Bluetooth and smartphone app features for more control and a better user experience. In addition to connecting with your phone, many hearing aids can also pair with remote microphones and TV streamers—making it easier to hear clearly in challenging environments or enjoy media directly through your devices.

If you need help with pairing, adjusting settings, or troubleshooting an app, your device’s manufacturer can often assist—or feel free to reach out to us for guidance.
