As a hearing aid wearer himself, Robert brings a unique level of empathy and personal insight to his practice—he understands firsthand how a properly fitted hearing aid can make a life-changing difference.
With years of experience in the hearing health field, he specializes in comprehensive evaluations, custom fittings, and long-term support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Chrissy Fredericks has been working in the hearing aid field for over 3 years and brings valuable experience managing operations at several hearing aid clinics across East Texas.
With a strong background in customer service and office coordination, Chrissy ensures that the clinic runs smoothly every day. From scheduling appointments and answering patient questions to supporting the provider and managing front-office operations, she plays a vital role in delivering a professional and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Chrissy is known for her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to making every visit as easy and stress-free as possible. Patients appreciate her friendly presence and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure their needs are met.
When she’s not in the office, Chrissy enjoys relaxing at home and spending time with her five dogs. She loves having family over for dinner and especially treasures moments with her nieces and nephews. Top priority is to ensure you have a great experience start to finish! She has several years of Health care experience and many years of valuable customer service experience.
