We are located at 713 N 4th St Ste1 Longview TX, 75601. We are directly across the street from the Medical Plaza buildings of Good Shepherd Hospital.
Do I need a Hearing Test before getting a hearing aid?
Yes, a hearing test is required before a hearing aid can be fitted. If you haven’t had one recently that’s ok, we provide complimentary testing to find out what your needs are to make appropriate recommendations.
How is All About Hearing Texas different?
At All About Hearing Texas, we know that simply fitting hearing aids isn’t enough. As a hearing aid wearer himself, Robert understands firsthand that hearing well takes more than just volume. That’s why he focuses on teaching you how to truly get the most out of your hearing aids—so you can thrive, not just “get by.”

What services do you provide?
I offer hearing aid fittings, programming, adjustments, cleanings, troubleshooting, and repairs. We also have wax filters, domes, and home maintenance tools available for purchase.
Do you sell hearing aids?
Yes! We offer a wide variety of Manufacturers like Widex, Signia, Starkey, Phonak
and others at fair prices that includes aftercare. Choose from four technology levels, featuring modern options like Bluetooth, rechargeable batteries, and sleek, discrete designs.
How do I know if I have a hearing loss?
If you say yes to three or more of the following situations it’s time for a hearing test
- You hear people speaking but you have to strain to understand their words.
- You frequently ask people to repeat what they said.
- You don’t laugh at jokes because you miss too much of the story or the punch line.
- You frequently complain that people mumble.
- You need to ask others about the details of a meeting you just attended.
- You play the TV or radio louder than your friends, spouse and relatives.
- You cannot hear the doorbell or the telephone.
- You find that looking at people when they speak to you makes it easier to understand.
- You miss environmental sounds such as birds or leaves blowing.
- You find yourself avoiding certain restaurants because they are too noisy, or certain people, because you cannot understand them.
